This is our feature pet: This is Henry a special needs cat. Here is his story. Please help him find a forever home.
2 weeks ago I found a cat who was severely hurt. He had open wounds and was covered in fleas/mites. I brought him to the vet and the vet preformed surgery and treated all his needs. He has no teeth, has a drain in the side of his cheek along with stitches. He was neutered by the vet as well. The poor little guy is very thin and you can see his ribs. I can not imagine how he is feeling between pain, confusion and being neglected. I am not allowed to have pets where I live. If I did I would love to keep him. He has been recovering well and is in need of a loving home where he can lay around and enjoy his life. Please help me find him a home. Thank You! lao713@aol.com

We are a no kill 501C3 non profit rescue organization dedicated in helping stray, abandoned, disabled, and special needs animals. We spay, neuter, worm, and treat the animals as medical needs arise. Education is a big part of our programs. We are looking for more people to join us and bring their pets to nursing homes and schools. We try to place as many animals as possible in foster care to evaluate the animals before they go to their new homes. We also provide permanent shelter for animals that cannot be placed for various reasons. We are always in need of foster homes for cats and occasionally dogs. We are in need of permanent homes for feral and semi feral cats.Canned and dry cat food is desperately needed. We also need people who are willing to provide care for orphaned animals. We welcome and appreciate anyone who would like to assist at our fundraisers and pet adopt-a-thons.
